Pride Health is currently seeking candidates for RN-PCU positions that will provide support for our client's healthcare systems in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Job Description:

Job Title: RN-PCU

Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina

Schedule: 36 hours per week

Shift: 12 Nights, 7pm -7 am

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Pay Range: $2050.00- $2150.00 Weekly DOE

Overview

We are seeking an experienced progressive care nurse to carefully monitor the condition of patients in our progressive care unit. In this role, your duties will include evaluating changes in cardiac and other vital signs, as well as initiating life-saving interventions. You will also be required to perform drug dose titration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review patient charts, medications, and test results upon admission.
• Monitor vital signs and interpret medical equipment data.
• Administer and titrate medications as prescribed.
• Assess and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Report deteriorating conditions and follow intervention protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charts.
• Supervise nursing assistants and support staff.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 yrs experience in specialty.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS, NIHSS preferred.
• NC or Compact RN License (Must be in hand at submission)
