Responsibilities

• Lead the care journey by serving as the primary coordinator for all clinical disciplines, ensuring every patient receives a seamless and well-integrated experience in a high-acuity environment.
• Empower patient recovery by implementing and meticulously monitoring personalized care plans, acting decisively on changes in condition to ensure safety and clinical excellence.
• Execute clinical precision by accurately carrying out physician and nursing orders, translating complex medical plans into direct, high-quality bedside care.
• Bridge the transition to home by collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to assess and coordinate discharge needs, ensuring patients are supported long after they leave the unit.
  
  

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job

transfer date required

One Or More Of The Following Required

• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  
  

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart
  
  

Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  
  

Education

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of

hire.

Additional Preferences

To ensure the highest standard of acute care and clinical safety in our fast-paced environment, the following are non-negotiable requirements:

• Professional Licensure: Must hold a current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Clinical Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience specifically within an Emergency Department (ED) setting preferred.
